Nicolas Chorier, kite aerial photographer since 1996.

Kite aerial photography is the most eco-friendly and cost-effective process to acquire aerial images of remote sites with limited access due to logistic or administrative reasons. It’s an innovative way to capture unusual and creative perspectives with a non-intrusive, flexible, and elegant logistic.

High resolution photography, video, photogrammetry- the potential is large, and provides results both for technical support and communication needs.
This concept has already proved its efficient in various fields: agronomy, environment, wildlife or heritage conservation, building sites, marine and coastal issues, archeology, tourism, and especially over spots inaccessible to drones.

I have worked for Unesco, the CIRAD, World Monument Fund, many NGOs and organisations involved in the mentioned domains, some governments, and many corporates and medias. I am quite flexible in terms of contexts and specific requirements, and can adapt my technique according to the context. Please click on these thumbnails.

Whatever your needs, be they technical, academic or for communication purposes, I can provide both aerial and ground photography, fast, and with the highest professional standards.
